The ethos of The Kennedy Richards Partnership is to provide high quality executive search to any company or organisation specialising in the Asset Finance and Leasing industry.

As employers, our experience of recruitment consultancies over the years has been generally quite negative: there is lots of competition; lots of CV generation and early activity giving rise to candidate optimism; occasional interview.

Only very rarely is there any interview coaching, and very little by way of customer care or communication. This all leads to disenchantment - by candidate and client alike.

The Kennedy Richards Partnership is determined to do better: to develop a niche recruitment organisation, holding both client and candidate of equal importance. Within the specific field of the Asset Finance and Leasing industry, we are committed to assessing and recruiting both for senior and middle management positions and sales and business development roles from candidates who can provide an outstanding track record, and who will create competitive advantage and sustainable value for their future employers.
